- Anthropogenic pressure in the marine ecosystems from organic (PCBs, PAHs) and inorganic (nutrients etc) pollutants.
- Air – Sea interactions
- Sources and fate of PAHs in atmospheric Environment.
- Interaction between aquaculture and marine environment
- Study of effects of inorganic pollution in the primary productivity using modern techniques as in situ bioassays.
- New technologies and methodology for the detection the environmental changes.
