	Team The Department has several teams which can operate independently to carry out specific research programmes. However, they also collaborate within the department, and cooperate fully in multi-disciplinary projects. The department provides a range of environmental services regionally, nationally and to fulfil the needs of the Institute in microbiology and chemical analysis.
