Pirani sensor gauges 68808-36 to -40 read vacuum from 1 to 1200 mTorr. These compact vacuum instruments offer the precision and high resolution of digital electronics at the same price of analog instruments. The extremely rugged sensor is constructed with a solid, inert noble metal that maintains its calibration over long periods of time. Since no gold is used, these gauges are compatible with both mercury and oil pumps. The low 302°F (125°C) operating temperature of the Pirani-type gauge tube enhances stability, as does the unique temperature compensation network. Diaphragm sensor gauges 68808-42 to -46 read vacuum from 1 to 1500 Torr. This compact gauge features a pure silicon diaphragm that can measure liquid or gas pressure as well as vacuum. Response time is less than 400 milliseconds for full-scale service.
