All models feature fiber insulation in the chamber and firebrick insulation around the heating elements. The fiber insulation cools down fast while the firebrick provides longer life for the heating elements. Heating elements are easily replaceable—just disconnect and slide out.

Vertical lift door directs heat away from the operator and has maximum access with minimum head room for easy loading and unloading. Protect the bottom heating element with a ceramic hearth plateThree-Stage Programmable Furnaces feature PID control with ten programs (programs 1 to 9 are general three-stage programs; program 0 is a continuous hold at a set temperature). Program link feature lets you run two three-stage programs sequentially. Use the seven-day delay to program the completion date and time.
