These traps are easy to clean—remove from the vacuum pump and clean at the end of each day to prevent trapped oil vapors from damaging the pump. Dry ice traps have a removable 3-qt well for dry ice/alcohol slurry. Liquid nitrogen cold traps efficiently trap acidic vapors and lower the vacuum pump base pressure.
