Resistance wires are insulated with braided fiberglass, knitted into flat tapes with FIBROX fiberglass yarn, and covered with heavy fiberglass fabric covering. Tapes have ties at each end. All tapes come with 2-1/2-ft cord (plug included on most 120 VAC models). Shpg wt for 2 to 6 feet tapes is less than 1.0 lb (0.5 kg); shpg for 8 to 10 feet is less than 2.0 lb (0.9 kg).
