Single-Point Control
Common application: Keep tank from overflowing or running dry
Compatible sensor types: Float or optic
How it works: Each time the liquid reaches a critical level, the sensor turns on a pump or opens a valve to prevent the tank fromoverflowing/running dry.

Dual-Point Control
Common application: Keep tank filled between two critical points
Compatible sensor types: Same as for single-point control
How it works: Install sensors at two critical points. If liquid falls below the lower sensor, the detector activates a pump until liquid reaches the upper sensor.

Continuous-Level Control
Common application: Control level at all points and times, possibly activating a pump, valve, or alarm.
Compatible sensor types: Ultrasonic
How it works: Continuous-level sensors have a continuous analog output that is proportional to the level at all times. Level may be recorded with an external device.

Leak Detection
Common application: Detect leak in a pipe, possibly activating a pump, valve, or alarm.
Compatible sensor types: Optic
How it works: Install one or more sensors around a container or pipe. If the sensor detects liquid, it activates alarms or pump systems.WIKA submersible liquid level transmitters and transducers are engineered for a wide variety of industrial and municipal liquid level measurement applications. Each transmitter undergoes exensive quality control testing and calibration to achieve an accuracy <0.25% full scale. The printed circuit boards use state-of-the-art surface mount technology for protection against mechanical shock and vibration. Each is temperature compensated to assure accuracy and long-term stability when exposed to severe ambient temperature variations.

The transmitter features a watertight, vented polyurethane cable that can withstand over 220 pounds of strain. This allows the transmitter to be supported without any additional cabling. The transmitter meets NEMA 6P and IP 68 requirements for submersion up to 300 feet.

This compact, rugged submersible pressure transmitter is suitable for applications in level measurement, water and wastewater treatment, well depth measurement, and offshore water depth measurement.

Supplied standard with 5 ft. vented cable. Custom cable lengths are available but MUST be specified /ordered at the same time as transmitter. Extra lengths can not be field-assembled.
