This new eight-segment (four ramp, four dwell) programmable muffle furnace offers 2765 cu-in of heated chamber! Simply slide in the two shelves (included) to triple your working area. Heating elements located on sides, top, and bottom of the chamber provide excellent temperature uniformity as well as minimum chamber temperature gradient.

The muffle furnace has safety features that protect your samples as well as the operator. Overtemperature protection cuts off power to the heating elements when the chamber temperature exceeds the set point; door safety switch shuts off the power to the heating elements whenever the door is opened. A 1" diameter vent at the top of the furnace removes contaminants and moisture. The furnace also features a 3/8" diameter port for an external temperature measuring device and an air inlet port for purging.
