Powerful optics, flexible sample handling, and versatile software give you high-value performance. The included single- and six-cell cuvette holders accommodate 10-mm square cuvettes. Turret measures all six positions automatically or you can rotate the cells to specific positions.
Set the measurement mode, run single or multiple samples, print automatically, and perform statistical analysis. Models with printer document time, date, test name, data, and results with graphs and sample number to satisfy GLP requirements.
All models include embedded software for acquiring scanning, fixed wavelength, kinetics, or concentration data. Preprogrammed and configurable methods include absorbance ratio and absorbance difference, quantitative analysis with up to 15 standards and five calibration curve fits, multiple fixed measurements at up to 31 different wavelengths, and performance verification for GLP/GMP.
Visible Models feature single-beam optics with a single detector. The tungsten-halogen light source has a typical service life of 1000 hours.
UV/Vis Scanning Models feature split-beam optics with dual detectors. The xenon lamp flashes only as needed, providing a superior signal-to-noise ratio resulting in lower operating costs with a typical service life of five years. Automatic cell correction compensates for differences between six cuvettes, reducing the need for expensive matched sets of cuvettes.
The optional VISIONlite™ software makes data collection, storage, export, and reporting fast and simple. Dedicated applications include scanning, fixed wavelength analysis, quantitative analysis, and multi-cell kinetics.
Order the optional Peltier single-cell temperature controller below to maintain constant temperature of your sample, from 20 to 60°C. Temperature controller is air-cooled, no need for a separate fluid bath.
