Proximity sensor opens and closes lid automatically
Waste can prevents additional worker or environemental exposure to biohazards and other dangerous waste. Infrared technology opens lid when hand or solid object is waved over it. Biohazard, broken glass, or recyclables are dropped into can, then lid closes automatically. Lid features a fitted-base closure to reduce odor and airborne contamination. Operates on four DD batteries (sold separately) for over 4,000 uses.
