InnoCal Pump Calibration and Repair Services

InnoCal^®, our service and repair center, offers calibration, maintenance, and repair services for all of our Masterflex^® pumps.

InnoCal®, a division of Cole-Parmer®, calibrates peristaltic pump drives such as Masterflex® as well as maintains and repairs any peristaltic pump. Through calibration, InnoCal's technicians can ensure accurate rotation per minute (rpm) output. Technicans provide a NIST-traceable calibration report which includes data for compliance with regulatory agency standards and calibration requirements. Have your new pump calibrated when you order it or contact InnoCal for return authorization to send your pump back to our laboratory for calibration.

InnoCal also offers maintenance and repair services for Masterflex peristaltic L/S pump drives. As part of the Preventative Maintenance Service on Masterflex L/S pump drives, InnoCal's technicians will test pump output, make adjustments and minor repairs, replace worn parts and screen for electrical safety to help prevent pump shutdowns and ensure optimal pumping performance. The service offers a 90-day warranty.
