Inert Tube End Fittings

Ideal for use with solenoid valves
No tools required for assembly to tubing!

Use these fittings with tubing ranging from 1 to 11 mm OD. All standard fittings except models 06473-07 and -08 come with polypropylene (PP) caps, two large VITON O-rings per cap to connect 2 to 4 mm OD tubing, one small VITON O-ring per cap (use together with large O-rings) to connect 1 to 2 mm OD tubing, and one PTFE cone per cap to make chemically inert connections for 1/16" OD tubing or to create zero dead volume fittings for connection to high-pressure fittings (sold below).
Standard fittings 06473-07 and -08 include one fluoroelastomer O-ring per PTFE cap. All chemically inert fittings come with TEFZEL^® caps and 1/16" tube OD PTFE cones for improved chemical resistance. All O-rings are made of fluoroelastomer. Max fluid pressure (up to 50 psi) will vary depending on tubing material and size.These tube end fittings with inverted cones provide a flangeless fitting that is economical and quick to assemble. Just slip the nut over the tubing, fit the cone to the end of tubing, and screw into the port. The inverted cone sits in a recess in the fitting to allow for maximum thread engagement. The fitting will stay sealed when finger tight, even in shallow ports such as solenoid valves.
