High-Purity Two-Stage Gas Regulators

These dependable regulators deliver gas at constant pressure and volume, from full cylinder inlet pressure to end point working pressure. To determine the regulator you require, see the gas/regulator selection table separately.
Ideal for corrosive or noncorrosive gas applications. Designed and constructed for diffusion resistance and easy cleanup. Only brass, stainless steel (SS), PTFE, and Kel-F® contact the operating media. Metal diaphragm, packless valves, and high-purity seals minimize or eliminate outgoing and inboard diffusion. Supplied with SS screen filter (25 µm); and brass body, bonnet, and gauges. Two-Stage High-Purity Regulators let you precisely regulate working pressure.
