Use to easily heat or cool virtually any liquid

These heat exchangers are a fast, economical alternative to heating or cooling liquids without the use of a tank storage system. The compact geometric design of the tubes and baffles produces the high heat transfer in a small package. These heat exchangers are great for laboratory and pilot plant installations in the petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food, and other process industries.
Small diameter tube bundles closely packed inside a shell offer maximum thermal efficiency. Curculate any two liquids with a maximum differential temperature of 150ºF (84ºC) through the heat exchanger shell and tube. Sealless, 316 stainless steel design with VITON^® seals ensure against leaks and corrosion.
To order the correctheat exchanger for you rapplication, consider the following factors: Pressure: as a function of temperature. Heat exchangers offer a maximum steam pressure of 125 psi.
Transfer Area: determines how fast your fluid will heat or cool. Generally, the larger the transfer area the faster your product will heat/cool.
Shell and Tube Volumes: to determine if the amount of liquid will be enough to run through the shell or tube.
Hardware: to fit heat exchanger in your system. "A" (see diagram above and table below) indicates the overall tube length. Stainless stell mounting kits (sold separately below) include all of the hardware required to properly mount on heat exchanger.
