The Kimtech Science Kimwipes are delicate task wipers. The no-lint, single-ply wipers are produced from proprietary non-woven, finely textured tissue that is 2.8 times more absorbent than commercially available paper towels - reducing the consumption and disposal costs. They protect critical glass surfaces, beakers, slides, lenses and instruments from cleaning-induced scratches and lint. They can also be used to wipe up liquids and dust. Being non-abrasive hence they will not scratch delicate surfaces even when used wet. Multi-fold dispensing format enables one-at-a-time dispensing which controls usage. We have Kimtech Pure CL4, CL5 and CL6 wipers designed for more stringent applications rated as per the cleanroom classes. They are ideal for cleanroom environments where the products need to be protected from contamination by dirt, bacteria, molds & virus, noxious fumes and other contaminations. The CL4, CL5 and CL6 wipers are recommended for ISO Class 4, ISO Class 5 and ISO Class 6 or higher cleanrooms respectively. The CL4 wipers are made of 100% polypropylene and are acid, base and solvent resistant. They have straight, clean knife-cut edges which help minimize lint. They are suitable for food processing establishments. The CL5 wipers are constructed from continuous filament rayon / polyester spunlace blend for a cloth-like feel and contain no binders or surfactants, resulting in low extractables. Wipers can be autoclaved and ETO sterilized. CL6 wipers are a blend of 55% cellulose and 45% polyester. They contain no chemical binders or adhesives and are solvent resistant. All these wipers feature a high water absorbency rate, excellent absorption efficiency and capacity.
