Low detection limits and simple, rapid testing methods make these sensitive atomic absorption (AA) spectrophotometers ideal for environmental testing, toxicology, and quality control labs. Selectable bandwidth complies with many EPA methods. Convenient controls enable optional adjustment of all parameters - lamp and burner alignments, gas flows, light output levels, andoperational analysis modes. Prominent display reads absorption, concentration or emission values.
Durability and safety add value to these sensitive instruments. The titanium burner head is enclosed in a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) premic chamber to prevent corrosion. The burner safety interlock system prevents start-up if improper gas is connected or if the burner is not connected.
This rugged, easy-to-use unit is perfect for repetitive analysis. The combination of the stable beam optical system and a higher sensitivity allows for fast accurate analysis. The increased burner sensitivity makes it ideal for testing far-UV elements, such as arsenic and selenium. Deuterium background correction on 28750-10 and 28750-15 compensates for organics present in sample matrix.
This microprocessor unit on 28750-10 and 28750-15 has powerful software tools for analysis and reporting. Output on 28750-35 is RS-232 provided without report generation software.
